Presently we do not accept returns or exchanges from any of our international customers. Please note and be advised that all international sales are final.
Refunds/Exchanges for Local Customers (based only in Pakistan):
Presently we do not accept returns or refunds from any of our Local Customers/ Pakistan based customers. Please note and be advised that all sales are final.
However we do allow our Local Customers/ Pakistan based customers to exchange the item(s) they have purchased within 2 weeks of any/all such purchase(s) and provided that all such item(s) are returned in their original condition. By agreeing to use this website, its policies and the Exchange Policy offered herein you agree that SULTAN RUGS. shall at all times be vested with the sole and exclusive right to determine if the item you seek to exchange has been returned to SULTAN RUGS in its original condition.
Please note that any item purchased may only be exchanged with an item having equal value.
